My Friends & More Holiday Bazaar
Vendor Information

Please complete the attached application, sign, date, and return, with your booth fee and at least two
photographs of your work, no later than November 1, 2008. Applications received without reservation fee will be returned.

Host is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

There is NO COMMISSION for this bazaar.

Booth fees are as follows: 6 feet deep by 6 feet wide $25.00. For each additional 2 feet in width, add $5.00.
Circle your booth size choice on the application.

Spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis. All applications received after November 1, 2008
will be considered only as space allows.

Electricity is available. Please check the box on the application if needed.

Vendors must supply all tables, display cases, extension cords etc. Chairs will be provided.

Vendors are solely responsible for the set up, operation, and tear down of their own booth and product.

Set up is between 7:00am and 9:45am on the bazaar day, Saturday, November 8, 2008. Tear down will begin
no earlier than 5:00pm.

Bazaar will run from 10:00am to 5:00pm

A minimal number of 1-2 hour volunteer slots are available for hall set up Friday, November 7, 2008. Vendors
who help with hall set up will be allowed to set up their booth Friday. These slots are first come, first served.

A volunteer staff will be available for bathroom breaks, and to serve FREE beverages and snacks, provided by host.

A Santa Clause photo area will be set up on the stage. Parents may bring their own cameras and take free
photos from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Pet photos are also welcome. A kids play/craft area will be provided.
These community services are noted in all advertising.

Bazaar will be advertised with flyers and road signs in the surrounding vicinity, and print ads placed in Gail's Guides
and local area newspapers. Internet advertising includes the following web sites: craftmasternews.com,
HappeningsUSA.com, Festivalnet.com, craftlister.com, eCrafter.com, and
Needle Beetle Creations (host's site) - http://www.craftybug.com

Press releases will be sent out approximately 10 days prior to bazaar.

Host asks each participant to help advertise by distributing flyers to their local merchants. Host will supply fliers.
